The Procedure
The procedure requires about five visits:
First Visit: We identify the reason you need porcelain veneer. During this visit. We identify whether it is for aesthetic or medical purposes. This allows us to determine how many teeth should be covered. We also ask you to select the shape and size of the veneer from the chart we show you. Next, we take the mould of your teeth for designing the porcelain veneers.
Second Visit: We show you the mock-up model of the porcelain veneer. It gives you and us an idea of how it will look or feel in your mouth. We get your feedback on the look and fit.
Third Visit: At this stage, we clean your teeth and prepare them to put on the temporary veneers. This enables you and us to experience your smile and finalise the colour too.
Fourth Visit: This is a short visit as we review your temporary veneers and your smile. We make all the further adjustments required for the permanent veneers.
Final Visit: We will take off the temporary veneers and then fit the final veneers.
